The Media Center at Harp Elementary provides
independent and integrated programs of study for students.
Students have access to the media center at all times and attend a
weekly scheduled class time as well. A skills program literacy
appreciation, library check out and research skills are a few of the
activities students participate in while in the media center.
Special guest speakers, storytellers, fun friends, an d tutors gather in
the center to participate in learning activities.
Birthday Book Club: To join a child is to bring $10.00 with the completed
form to Mrs. Morgenthaler in the library. During your child's birthday month,
the student will choose a book from the library which will become a book in
his/her honor; a book plate will be attached inside the book. Your child's
name will also be displayed on a huge birthday cake located in the cafeteria.
